Den Bosch + Finchley is a proud sponsor of Humour Me, a charity event for SickKids Foundation in collaboration with our client, Walied Soliman. Humour Me is a an event where a group of committed sponsors, brave CEOs and Canadian and international stand-up comics come together to raise money for youth-related charities.

Just as SickKids helps children beat the odds every day, Mr. Soliman was able to beat the odds as an underdog of the stand-up competition and was awarded first place by a panel of esteemed judges.  Despite describing this as one of most challenging things he has ever done, through tenacity, hard work and determination he was able to prevail just as the children of SickKids do every day with the help of events like this.

Humour Me applies a twist to the standard stand-up routine by bringing together both professional comedians and influential, high-profile amateurs to perform together.  For 2017, the net proceeds of Humour Me, will be used to fund children’s mental health programs at SickKids Foundation. The hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), aims to improve the health of Canadian children by integrating care, research and teaching.
